CERS Consultation Hazardous Materials Business Plan

It is required that all California Businesses who work with Hazardous Materials (liquids, solids, and compressed gases) over threshold amounts are required to submit a Hazardous Materials Business Plan to their local CUPA under the CERS program.  EHSConsult has helped numerous clients with their Hazardous Materials Business Plans.  This year, 2013, it is required that all businesses in California submit their business plans electronically to their local CUPA.

We can provide you with CERS consultative services in conducting your inventory of hazardous materials (listed above) submitting your required inventory to the CERS program administrator, and do your required site layout map. Please contact us to provide for consultative services in meeting these regulatory requirements for your business.
